      Protection against measles, mumps, and rubella.

       

      Age Criteria :

      12 months of age and older.

       

      Dose & Intervals :

      2 doses

      1st dose : 12-15 month old.

      2nd dose : The second dose is usually given at 4-6 years of age but may be given at an earlier age with a minimum of 4 weeks interval between doses.

       

      Contra-Indication :

      Hypersensitivity to any component of the vaccine, including gelatin; a history of anaphylactic reaction to neomycin; individuals who are immunodeficient or immunosuppressed due to disease or medical therapy; an active febrile illness; active untreated tuberculosis.

       

      Adverse Effect :

      Fever, headache, rash, injection-site reactions.
