Contra-Indication :
Anyone who has had a serious allergic reaction to a prior dose of hepatitis B vaccine, any part of the vaccine, or yeast should not get the hepatitis B vaccine.
Adverse Effect :
More common side effects include soreness at the injection site. Less common are hard lump, redness, swelling, pain, itching, purple spot, tenderness, or warmth at the injection site, unusual tiredness and weakness.
